Terms and Conditions for Music Practice Room
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before renting a room for music practice:
1. Booking and Payment:
– All room bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
– Payment for the rental must be made in full at the time of booking.
2. Room Use:
– The rented room is strictly for music practice purposes only.
– Any illegal or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited.
– The room must be left in the same condition as it was found. Any damages incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled booking time will not be eligible for a refund.
– Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund.
4. Access and Security:
– Renters are responsible for keeping the room secure during the rental period.
– Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized persons.
– Any lost keys or access codes must be reported immediately to the management.
5. Noise and Disturbance:
– Please be respectful of other renters and neighbours in the building and keep noise levels to a reasonable volume.
– Excessive noise or disturbance may result in termination of the rental without refund.
6. Personal Belongings:
– We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in the rented room.
– Please ensure all personal items are taken with you upon departure.
7. Safety and Liability:
– Renters are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others during the rental period.
– The management will not be liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the rental.
8. Age Restrictions:
– Renters must be 18 years or older to book a room. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
9. Right to Refuse Service:
– We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.
10. Double Booking:
– Should there be an error on our part resulting in a double booking for your room, we will either grant you access to a practice room at another time or a refund.
11. Room Selection:
– Practice rooms are allocated by need, participants and availability.
By booking a room for music practice, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental without refund.
